Limited Lifetime Warranty

Regolith Medical Services Int. branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies to all Regolith Medical Service Int. packs, pouches and hard shelled cases unless otherwise stated. Regolith Medical Services Int. product marked as not covered by warranty on the product’s packaging, hang tag and/or label, or product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller will not be covered.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your packs and pouches may not survive to be centenarians like yourself. All manufactured items will eventually wear out just like my grandfather's knees.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Regolith Medical Warranty Department, 6075 De Zavala Road Suite J San Antonio, Texas 78249. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Regolith Medical Services will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Please call for an RMA# and directions prior to sending back any product.

Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

OTHER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is only available in the United States and Canada.

Regolith Medical Services International is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data or lost or destroyed personal property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Medical Supplies and Equipment (Refund)

Our refund policy is 30 Days (unless specified otherwise). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned. Items specifically restricted for return include OTC (over the counter) medications, ointments & creams, wipes, and products labeled restricted or RX. We also do not accept the return of products that are considered hazardous (i.e. used or needles, other types of used or open sharps, or products covered in bodily fluids, etc).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if not purchases through our company. Please contact our customer service for RMA number prior to shipping @ customer.service@regolithmedical.com Please do not send your purchases back to the for warranty service from the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.​ We reserve the sole right to approve or deny refunds bases on previously outlined restrictions or on the condition of the returned goods.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns may take up 4-7 days to show on your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery unless otherwise outlined under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Shipping

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6075 De Zavala Road Suite J San Antonio, Texas 78249. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Cancellation of an Educational Course

A full refund or gift certificate will be given 30 days prior to the start of class or within 48 hours after registration. After 30 days, a minimum 10% fee will be assessed for all cancellations and will increase according to the time table below. If you register after the 30 day period, you have 48 hours to cancel your order without a refund penalty being assessed.If cancelled after this time period, your refund will be in line with the timetable below. table is required to defer the costs associated with logistical and instructor services necessary prior to the start of any course

Reimbursement timetable:

30 Days: 90% returned
25 Days: 75% returned
20 Days: 50% returned
>15 Days: No Refund

All course payments may be transferred as long as the request is made, in writing, 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you wish to transfer to a different course or date the above refund policy does not apply. If you choose to change your class date, after the 30 Day period, a 25% transaction fee will be added. Course payment transfers may be done as many times as needed but each occurrence with be assessed a 25% transaction fee.
